Product Introduction
Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) pipes are lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant non-metallic pipes. They are made by layering glass fibers with a resin matrix onto a rotating mandrel according to process requirements, with quartz sand evenly distributed between the fibers as a sandwiched layer. This reasonable and advanced pipe wall structure makes full use of the material's properties, enhancing stiffness while meeting strength requirements, ensuring product stability and reliability. Due to their excellent chemical corrosion resistance, light weight and high strength, non-scaling, strong seismic structure, and long service life, FRP pipes are widely used in the petroleum, chemical, and drainage industries.
Types of FRP pipes include, but are not limited to:
FRP wrapped insulated pipes: Lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant, suitable for applications requiring insulation.
FRP heating and insulation pipes: Using resin as the matrix and continuous glass fiber and its fabrics as reinforcing materials, formed by computer-controlled winding technology, suitable for heating systems.
FRP ventilation pipes: Used in places where corrosive waste gases are discharged, such as textiles, chemicals, printing, metallurgy, and underground facilities.
FRP process pipes: Due to their smooth inner walls and low fluid transport head loss, they are suitable for long-distance transportation.Company Strength
