Product Introduction
Fiberglass gratings (FRP) are also known as fiberglass grating plates. They are a kind of plate material with many spaces, made by using glass fiber as the reinforcing material and unsaturated polyester resin as the matrix through special processing and compounding. Fiberglass gratings can be used as structural materials for floors, trench covers, platforms, ship decks, stairs, and walkways in corrosive environments. They feature corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, non-magnetic insulation, vibrant colors, and a variety of styles.
They possess superior corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and salts in various gaseous and liquid media, making them unparalleled in corrosion prevention. Depending on the actual application, economical choices of using ortho-phthalic, isophthalic, or vinyl ester resins as the matrix material are available.
Due to the composite nature of resin and glass fiber, its density is relatively low, not exceeding 2 kg per cubic decimeter, only 1/4 that of steel and 2/3 that of aluminum. Its strength is 10 times that of hard polyvinyl chloride, exceeding that of aluminum and ordinary steel. Its light weight significantly reduces the need for foundation support, thus lowering material costs. Its easy cutting and installation eliminates the need for fire and large lifting equipment, requiring only minimal labor and electric tools, further reducing installation costs.
Company Strength
The company holds multiple patents related to electrolytic cells, including one invention patent for electrolytic cells and four utility model and design patents for mechanical hydraulic demolding technology and fiberglass insulation boards. As early as 2005, the company collaborated with Wuhan University of Technology to successfully develop a new type of vinyl ester resin integral casting electrolytic cell, producing and launching the first-generation copper electrolytic cell. To date, through years of independent technological development and improvement, the company has progressed from the rudimentary first-generation electrolytic cell to the fourth generation, accumulating rich design and manufacturing experience. The products are advanced in design, reasonable in structure, excellent in performance, aesthetically pleasing, long-lasting, and cost-effective. Products are sold to many large smelters (Henan Yuguang Zinc Industry, Zijin Mining Group, Jinchuan Group, Hanzhong Zinc Industry, etc.), receiving consistent praise from numerous non-ferrous metal producers.
